How to make an image from text
- Open the Generate page and type what you want to see in the prompt box (up to 2000 characters).
- Pick an aspect ratio: Auto, 1:1 for avatars and social posts, 3:4 for portraits and phone wallpapers, or 16:9 for banners and slides.
- Choose how many images to make in one run (1–5 on the free tier).
- Press Generate. If your free quota covers the whole batch, each image uses one free generation. Otherwise, the whole batch costs image count × 1 credit; unused free quota is kept. Check the displayed cost before submitting.
- Download the result, or use “AI edit this image” to change one detail without starting over.

Tips for better results
- Name the subject first, then the setting, the light and the style.
- Say what to leave out, for example “no text, no logo”.
- If the first image is close, edit it instead of rewriting the whole prompt.

Is PixelMint really free?
There are 5 free image generations per day, reset daily on Beijing time. Guests are counted by IP and browser cookie; logged-in users by account. If the free quota cannot cover the whole batch, logged-in users pay image count × 1 credit for the whole batch; unused free quota is kept. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
Do I need to sign up?
No. You can generate as a guest. An account keeps your credits and saves results to My Gallery.
Can I write prompts in Chinese?
Yes. Prompts in English and Chinese both work, and the whole site is available in both languages.
What is not allowed?
Adult, pornographic or sexually explicit images are not allowed. See the Terms of Service for the full rules.
