1. The Service

PixelMint (“the Service”) offers online AI image generation (text-to-image / image-to-image) with free trials and paid credits. Outputs come from configured third-party APIs; we do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or parity with any other product.

2. Accounts

• Registration requires a valid email and password; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not hijack emails, mass-register, sell accounts, or evade anti-abuse controls.
• The operator may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts for abuse, illegality, or breach of these terms.

3. Free quota and credits

• Free quota: guests or logged-in users get a limited number of free generations per day (Beijing time reset; count shown on the site). Free gens may use lower resolution or other limits.
• Credits: after free quota is used, logged-in users may continue with credits; each successful gen usually costs a fixed amount (see the site). Failed gens may refund deducted credits.
• Recharge: packages are sold via Stripe, Creem, or similar channels. Public list prices (USD, checkout prevails): Starter $9.90 / 10 credits; Plus $19.90 / 35 credits; Pro $49.90 / 120 credits. When recharge is closed or temporarily unavailable, prices may stay visible while pay buttons are disabled.
• Credits are for in-service use only: no cash-out, no interest, non-transferable (except where law requires otherwise).

4. Prohibited content and uses

You may not create, upload, request, or distribute the following, or use the Service for related purposes:

• Adult / pornographic / sexually explicit content (full ban): any adult, pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit images (including nudity and clearly sexual content), whether of real people, fiction, or anime; and any attempt to evade this ban via prompts, references, or other means. This covers all adult/NSFW content, not only illegal sexual exploitation.
• Content that violates applicable law (including but not limited to sexual content involving minors, drugs, terror, fraud, hate incitement);
• Content that infringes others’ copyright, publicity, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
• Unauthorized deepfakes of real people, deceptive impersonation, or use for fraud, harassment, or defamation;
• Attacking, scanning, or disrupting the Service or third-party APIs, or bypassing quota, payment, moderation, or security.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, content deletion, and reporting where required. You are solely liable for legal consequences of your breaches. Prompts may be screened (including third-party moderation); denied requests will not generate.

5. Ownership and disclaimers

• Where law allows, you may use compliant outputs personally or commercially, but you must ensure you do not infringe third-party rights and must follow model-provider terms.
• AI output may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or unexpected; the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Third-party API outages, low balance, maintenance, or policy changes may pause generation; the site may show “topping up capacity” notices.

6. Gallery

Logged-in users may keep images in “My Gallery”. Default cap is about 100 per user; older items may be deleted automatically. Back up important images yourself. We are not liable for loss due to caps, outages, or account termination (except where law mandates).

7. Payments, refunds, and disputes

• Payments are processed by Stripe, Creem, or similar providers. Credits usually land via webhook; if missing, refresh the recharge page or contact support with order details.
• Refunds: credits are digital goods delivered immediately; successful recharge with credits granted is generally non-refundable without cause. For duplicate charges, clear non-delivery due to our fault, or legally required refunds, contact us and we will work with the payment provider / your card issuer.
• Email the address below with account email, approximate time, amount, and payment / network order ID. We will respond within a reasonable time.
• Abusive refunds or chargebacks without cause may lead to frozen accounts and remaining credits.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and related parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages or lost profits. Aggregate liability for a dispute is capped at amounts you actually paid to the Service for the matter (zero if free use).

9. Changes and termination

We may change features, prices, free quota, or pause the Service. Serious breaches or long-term abuse may end your access. Updates are posted on this page; continued use means acceptance.

10. Entire agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and the Service. If one clause is invalid, the rest remain in force.
