1. Who we are

PixelMint (“the Service”) is an online AI image generation service operated by the site owner, providing text-to-image / image-to-image. This policy explains how we collect, use, and store information related to you.

2. What we collect

• Account data: email at registration, and a hashed password (we do not store plaintext passwords).
• Quota and credits: daily free-use counters, credit balances, and recharge / spend ledgers for metering.
• Generation data: prompts you submit, optional reference images, and results. Prompts and images are sent to configured third-party image APIs; prompts may also be sent to payment / compliance moderation (e.g. Creem Moderation) to screen prohibited content (including adult / pornographic content).
• Gallery: images successfully generated while logged in may be stored in “My Gallery” for you to view and download again.
• Technical / security data: cookies, session IDs, IP-related hashes for login, daily free quota, and abuse prevention; payment order IDs returned by the payment provider (e.g. Stripe / Creem).
• Payment data: recharges go through Stripe or Creem. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use information

• Provide login, free quota, credit deductions, and recharge grants;
• Call third-party APIs to generate images and show or store results in the gallery;
• Handle refund coordination, support, and fraud / abuse prevention;
• Improve stability and operations (e.g. maintenance and capacity notices);
• Screen prohibited prompts and content (including the full ban on adult / pornographic / sexually explicit image requests) to meet applicable policies and payment-channel requirements.

The Service prohibits adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit image generation; see Terms §4.

4. Third parties and cross-border processing

To complete generation and payment, your prompts, images, or necessary order data may be sent to third-party providers (e.g. image APIs, Stripe, Creem). Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies. Do not upload sensitive content you do not want third parties to process.

5. Retention and gallery limits

• Account and credit ledgers: retained while the account exists for balance checks and disputes.
• Gallery: about 100 images per user by default; older files may be deleted when over the limit. You may also ask us to delete account-related data (see below).
• Generation logs: may be kept briefly for debugging and abuse prevention; not shown publicly.

6. Cookies and similar tech

We use necessary cookies / local sessions for login, optional site gate, and free-quota metering. Disabling cookies may break login or metering. Language preference may be stored in a lang cookie.

7. Your choices

• You may stop using the Service at any time;
• You may request corrections (other than changing email arbitrarily) or deletion of account and gallery data (records required by law or fraud prevention may be retained);
• Contact us below; we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (password hashing, HTTPS, access controls). Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed perfectly secure.

9. Minors

The Service is intended for users with full legal capacity. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use only with guardian consent and do not make paid recharges.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy; changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means you are aware of the updated terms.
